Commercial Co-Founder / Head of Sales

We've spent five years heads-down building software — 150+ products shipped since 2020, our own SaaS in market (GymFlyte, SpectraSuit, Caibot), and a fast-growing AI code-rescue practice. We build exceptionally well. Now we're looking for the person who can put what we build in front of the world. You'll own the commercial side of UBQ end to end. We handle delivery flawlessly; you make sure there's a steady flow of clients to deliver for.

What you'll do

  • Build and run our outbound sales engine from the ground up
  • Sell our services — custom builds and AI code audits/rescue — into international markets
  • Own the full cycle: prospecting, demos, proposals, negotiation, close
  • Shape pricing, positioning, and which markets we go after
  • Build the first sales playbook, then the team

You might be a fit if you

  • Have a real track record closing B2B software or services deals — not just "managing relationships"
  • Are happy doing outbound yourself, today — not just directing others
  • Know how to sell across borders and navigate different markets
